How to Get Started
​Step 1:
Do You Want to Stop Spinning Your Wheels and
Finally Get Measurable Results?

Step 2:
Initial Meeting With A Fitness Coach
 
You’ll talk with an experienced fitness coach who will take time to understand your situation, help you get clarity on your goals and come up with a game-plan. They’ll also figure out if you would be a good fit for our fitness programs. If nothing else, you’ll walk away from this meeting with more clarity and focus on your goals.
 
Step 3:
Schedule Your Functional Movement Assessment
Your fitness program is built specifically for you. That means, we take you through a brief movement assessment which allows us to know exactly what exercises will work best for you… which exercises will not be effective… and it will show us any “weak links” that need to be addressed as well.
 
Step 4:
Go Through Your Fitness Program
On this day, your fitness coach will take you through your workout program. They’ll make sure that you’re doing the exercises correctly and answer any of your questions along the way. 
 
Step 5:
Your Fitness Coaching Sessions
Some of our fitness programs have a coach meeting with you weekly or multiple times per week. Others are just a few times per month. Either way, each session your fitness coach will guide you through your workout and motivate you every step of the way. You’ll leave your sessions feeling motivated and confident that you are making progress.
 
Step 6:
Monthly Motivation for Your Journey
We are here not just for short-term change, but long-term transformation. We know this means not occasional motivation but constant motivation. Every month we ship you additional fitness resources (roughly 10-13 pages worth) filled with fitness tips, recipes, nutrition articles, and inspirational stories to give you an extra nudge each month.
