For the last 16 years, my passion has been helping people restore their movement, athleticism and turn around their fitness. I hate seeing people constantly get hurt while trying to get in shape… struggle with frequent aches and pains… and feel like their body is always falling apart. For me, it’s much more than just losing a few pounds on the bathroom scale. It fills me with great joy when someone regains the physical resilience to do yardwork, chores or daily activities – without hurting for days. I live for the moment when someone regains the physical strength to do push-ups on the ground… the stamina to hike 3-mile trails comfortably… and the athleticism to resume meaningful hobbies such as tennis, pick-up basketball or running 5ks. 1. You have to be serious about taking your fitness to the next level This is not for people who want a quick fix and to “be done”. The clients I serve best are those who are tired of falling off the wagon constantly and guessing with their fitness. They know fitness is a lifestyle, not a season. And they want something lasting that helps them get in shape without wrecking their body. 2. You are looking for at-home (or online) fitness coaching Some people have access to a gym. Some have a full-blown home gym. Some just have a dusty treadmill or a pair of rusty dumbbells in the garage. Whatever equipment you have (or don’t have), I’ll take you through a highly effective workout program just for you. No need to spend an arm and a leg on new equipment. All you need is a small amount of space to work out in, that’s it. I’ll coach you through the rest. 3. You must be willing to put the work in This is not for someone wanting "something for nothing". If you don't take action, do the workouts and practice the functional exercises, you're not going to get the results you want. You don’t have to be perfect by any means, just give it your best. Nothing too crazy, but those are the requirements. I’ll review your answers and reach out to you within 3-5 business days. Step #2: Our initial strategy session will be roughly 60 minutes, and over the phone (or Google Meet). During this call, we’ll gain clarity on exactly what you want to accomplish… what’s blocked you in the past… and how to powerfully move forward. There’s no cost to this session. Step #3: After that session, if you believe my 30 day program will help you achieve your fitness goals, then we can get started.
