Since 2009, I’ve helped hundreds of clients including doctors, nurses, chiropractors, CEOs, athletes, and even exercise science professors. I’ve helped teenagers all the way up to 88 year olds. I’ve also done 51 wellness presentations for my corporate clients. Some people have access to a gym. Some have a full-blown home gym. Some just have a dusty treadmill or a pair of rusty dumbbells in the garage. Whatever equipment you have (or don’t have), we can build a specialized program just for you. No need to spend an arm and a leg on new equipment. All you need is a small amount of space to workout in, that’s it.

Many people only know how to do various exercise when the trainer is hovering over them. I strive to make sure you understand exactly what to do – even when I’m not physically there. That way you have the confidence to do each exercise on your own – and know that you’re doing them correctly.

4. A Program Based On Your Individual Needs
To kick off your program, we take you through a simple functional movement assessment, which usually takes 20-30 minutes. You'll discover which exercises will work best for you. And which ones may injure you. This assessment is nothing too strenuous, and can be done even if you're completely out of shape.

​3. Each Fitness Program Is Built Specifically For You
Sadly, many fitness programs just use cookie cutter programs. Meaning: everyone does the exact same workout program. For group classes this is okay, (but risky) but it’s sure as heck not personalized. A personalized program will almost always beat the living daylights out of a generic program. The reason: it's targeted to your specific goal and focuses every exercise on making sure you reach it.
