1. You have to be serious about taking your fitness to the next level. This is not for people who are wishy-washy or not really serious about making changes in their life. This is for people who are ready to learn, adjust their habits and change their life. More importantly, this is for people who are ready to quit spinning their wheels and start making measurable progress. 2. You are looking for online fitness coaching Some people have access to a gym. Some have a full-blown home gym. Some just have a dusty treadmill or a pair of rusty dumbbells in the garage. Whatever equipment you have (or don’t have); I’ll build a highly effective, specialized program just for you. No need to spend an arm and a leg on new equipment. All you need is a small amount of space to work out in, that’s it. I’ll coach you through the rest. 3. You want to make lasting changes If you just want to work hard for 30 or 60 days and “be done”, my program is probably not for you. The clients I serve best are those who are tired of fluctuating and rebounding and falling off the wagon constantly. They know fitness is a lifestyle, not a season. And they want something dependable that helps them get in shape without wrecking their body– and helps them make it lasting as well. 4. You must be willing to put the work in. This is not for someone wanting "something for nothing". Once I review your answers, then I’ll reach out to you within 3-5 business days. Our initial strategy session will be roughly 60 minutes, and over the phone (or Google Meet). During this call, we’ll gain clarity on exactly what you want to accomplish… what’s blocked you in the past… and how to powerfully move forward.
