Today's the day!

You've been putting off your workouts long enough.
You decide that right after work you'll hit the gym.

​The problem is, work ended up being more hectic than you thought.

Now you're drained. You drive home, clean up a bit, but then you make the mistake of sitting down. You can feel your energy fading fast – along with your motivation.

But first, let me share with you a quick story:

​Travel southwest to Canyonlands National Park in Utah, and you’ll discover one of the most extraordinary sights. 

Tucked inside the park is Elephant Canyon, where the Green River flows into the Colorado River. Depending on rainfall, usually the Green River is green, while the Colorado River is brown. When the two collide, they flow downstream separated until the two mix. This intersection is known as a confluence. And what you’re about to discover is also a confluence of sorts. ​

Here’s What It's About: 

In 2013, I left the fitness industry to launch my life coaching business. And it’s been an exciting ride and I’ve been blessed to work with so many amazing people. But business is an interesting animal. You learn a lot about yourself through growing it. And one thing I’ve learned is that fitness runs in my blood but so does psychology - especially health psychology. And the two naturally flow into one another.
