He's been a frequent speaker in Japan and at numerous events in Iowa including: Kiwanis, Jaycees, Lions Club, The Exchange for Entrepreneurs, Altoona Chamber of Commerce, Kuyper Life Music Academy, and the Iowa Music Teachers Association. He's also presented for Vermeer Corporation, Walk Japan, Pella High School, Central College, and Drew University.

For over a decade, he's helped over 1,000 people through his private coaching, group coaching, workshops, and presentations. He's helped multi-national corporations, CEOs, managers, surgeons, doctors, nurses, athletes, travel guides, small business owners and many others. In addition, he's performed dozens of functional movement screens for companies and has been an adjunct professor of sports nutrition at Central College.
Life Coach
After years of working in the fitness industry, he started seeing the connection between mindset and lasting fitness. Then he became a certified life coach to advance his coaching skills. Since then, he's helped people from over 14+ nations around the world including Malaysia, Japan, Denmark, Norway, Romania, Iraq, Mexico, and Canada.
He helps people stop self-sabotaging their weight-loss so they can achieve lasting weight-loss and fitness.
