About Kelan Ern
Kelan Ern is a fitness coach, functional movement specialist, and life coach based in the Midwest.
He takes a hollistic approach to helping his clients lose weight, get rid of physical pain, and get into the best shape of their life.
Kelan loves to inspire audiences with his powerful and passionate messages.
He has personally run 52 workshops and seminars for his corporate clients. He's been a frequent speaker in Japan and at numerous events in Iowa including: Kiwanis, Jaycees, Lions Club, The Exchange for Entrepreneurs, Altoona Chamber of Commerce, Kuyper Life Music Academy, and the Iowa Music Teachers Association. He's also presented for Vermeer Corporation, Walk Japan, Pella High School, Central College, and Drew University.
For over a decade, he's helped over 1,000 people through his private coaching, group coaching, workshops, and presentations. He's helped multi-national corporations, CEOs, managers, surgeons, doctors, nurses, athletes, travel guides, small business owners and many others. In addition, he's performed dozens of functional movement screens for companies and has been an adjunct professor of sports nutrition at Central College.
After years of working in the fitness industry, he started seeing the connection between mindset and lasting fitness. Then he became a certified life coach to advance his coaching skills. Since then, he's helped people from over 14+ nations around the world including Malaysia, Japan, Denmark, Norway, Romania, Iraq, Mexico, and Canada.
He helps people stop self-sabotaging their weight-loss so they can achieve lasting weight-loss and fitness.
He is editor and founder of the newsletter, Mind-Body Breakthroughs - a monthly 'coaching session' on the mindset and skillset of lasting transformation.
