I'm not your guy.

But if you are sick and tired of struggling to keep the weight off... fed up with the diets... and spinning your wheels each year - then I'd like to show you a better way to get in the best shape of your life.

After 14+ years in the trenches as a fitness and nutrition coach, my red-hot focus is to help people build the skillset and mindset they need to get into the best shape of their life – and create lasting changes. 


Whether they are a complete 'green horn' to working out, a former college athlete or have been hitting the gym all their life. 

And I do this by helping them master their nutrition and their workout routines - without feeling deprived all the time or killing themselves at the gym. That may help you get short-term results.

But not transformative, long-term results.


It's a completely different game.

Exactly how I help each person depends on exercise experience… injury history… and hunger to take their life to the next level. However the fundamental skills, curriculum and principles are the same.


Everything I share or teach is based on my 3-Pronged Transformation System; this includes mindset, nutrition, and metabolic training. You may have learned pieces of these, but rarely are these pieces assembled into a comprehensive  system so you have everything you need to change your life.

And unfortunately many people need to un-learn much of what they've been taught.

But don’t get me wrong:

This is not theory. Or pure education. You and I both know it takes skills to be successful in karate… playing Beethoven on the piano… or snowboarding down a black diamond. Getting into the best shape of your life is no different.
